So I purchased the AI Box for the 2024 Subaru Outback XT. I will say that the owner, David? was very helpful with assisting me with tracking information. I will say that the 2 parcel companies that were used Amazon & USPS were great help. There should be an option for a higher priced shipping possibly for Priority Shipping rather than the basic shipment. The device isn’t cheap and we are willing to pay the price. As for the product, it’s does it job, I like it. I ended up also purchasing the AT&T mobile hotspot that’s integrated with my Subaru and it works flawlessly. I will be trying out new things as well as add applications to see what works and what doesn’t. I am in a Subaru Forum as well as a Subaru Facebook group. I will definitely be posting my review about your product as well as a link to your company site. I am almost positive you’re going to be busy!

My ‘23 Subaru Outback has ‘wireless only’ CarPlay and my old AI box wouldn’t connect. Found the SmartWorld AI box through some long searches. The box works well but would benefit from a faster processor. I would recommend this unit to anyone with wireless only CarPlay.
